Horsehill Vineyards is a collaboration between California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and South Coast Winery. This project involves in-depth research on the vineyard, the wine’s origins, and the program’s identity to inform and shape the visual direction of the label. Students in the College of Environmental Design are responsible for designing the wine label and creating the bottle packaging, while students from The Collins College of Hospitality Management oversee the marketing and service of the final product across campus locations.
